These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website emnahussein.com, and the sale of both physical and digital products provided by Emna Hussein.

By purchasing from or browsing this site, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Scope of Application

These T&C apply to:
• The sale of physical products (3D-printed garments, accessories, hybrid fashion pieces)
• The sale of digital products (STL files, templates, printable assets)
• The use of the services provided on emnahussein.com

They apply to all visitors, users, and customers, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Product Descriptions

All our creations are made-to-order, using artisanal or technological processes.
Due to the nature of 3D printing and manual finishing, slight variations in colour, texture, or form may occur. These are not considered defects, but part of the design’s uniqueness.

We strive for accuracy in our descriptions and visuals, but we cannot guarantee that screen displays or printouts exactly match the final product.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully paid, a confirmation email will be sent.
At this stage:
• No changes or cancellations can be made.
• The order enters the production phase immediately.

Please check all entered details carefully before confirming.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) or EGP (ج.م) or  TND or local equivalent based on your location.
Prices include product cost, customisation options, and shipping, but exclude customs duties or local taxes, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All items are shipped from our studio in Egypt.
• Ownership of the product transfers to you upon dispatch.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or courier issues.
• Shipping time is estimated but not guaranteed.

Egypt

• Delivery: 3–5 business days via DHL / Aramex
• Free shipping from 8500 EGP

International Shipping (DHL Express) Delivery times vary by zone :

• Middle East & North Africa: 5–8 business days
• Europe: 7–12 business days
• North America (USA/Canada): 10–14 business days
• Africa (Sub-Saharan): 8–12 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 10–15 business days
• South America: 12–20 business days

A tracking number is provided once the order is dispatched.

6. Sensitivity & Wear
   Our pieces are designed for external wear and comfort. Material sensitivity varies by individual. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a medical professional. Products are not intended for medical use. Please follow the care instructions and avoid contact with solvents, extreme heat, or harsh chemicals. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns or refunds only for defective items.
Conditions:
• No returns for size, colour, or aesthetic dissatisfaction
• Store credit may be granted on a case-by-case basis
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

Contact: support@emnahussein.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• EMNA Hussein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order
• We are not responsible for:
– Injuries caused by misuse, poor storage, or alteration of the item
– Skin irritation due to material incompatibility (see product pages for material details)

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Supply chain disruptions
• Political unrest or governmental restrictions
• Epidemics or public health emergencies

9. Digital Products & Usage Rights

Digital Products (PDF, STL files, templates):

• All digital sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded
  • Access is granted via your user account
  • Make sure your device and software are compatible before purchase

STL File License & Intellectual Property:

• STL files are for personal use only, non-commercial 
  • You may not:
  – Share, resell, sublicense, or reproduce any files
  – Sell 3D-printed items made from our files
  • All content remains the intellectual property of Emna Hussein

We may take legal action against unauthorised commercial use or redistribution.

10. Fraud, Abuse & Account Misuse

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend:
• Orders flagged as fraudulent
• Accounts that show signs of abuse (e.g., excessive downloads, duplicate STL use, hacking attempts)
• Access to our digital content without notice if T&C are violated

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt or Tunisia, depending on the point of production and customer location.
We encourage amicable resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
