Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Cairo-based studio.
- Egypt: Delivery is free for all online orders starting from 8500 EGP. For orders less than 8500 EGP, the fees are calculated at checkout.
- International: We ship via DHL or Aramex. Shipping fees and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country and remain the customer’s responsibility.

- Delivery: 3–5 business days via DHL / Aramex
- Free shipping from 8500 EGP
International Shipping (DHL Express) Delivery times vary by zone :
- Middle East & North Africa: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- North America (USA/Canada): 10–14 business days
- Africa (Sub-Saharan): 8–12 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 10–15 business days
- South America: 12–20 business days
A tracking number is provided once the order is dispatched.
What are your production?
All pieces are made to order in our studio. Timelines vary depending on the category:
Accessories (bags, bracelets, modular items):
• Production: 15 business days for accessories and 20 business days for bags (includes printing, assembly, painting, and drying).
• Delivery Egypt: +2–5 days via Aramex.
• Delivery International: calculated automatically at checkout via DHL.
Fashion (modular dresses, couture pieces):
• Production: 18 days minimum for 3D printing of petals/modules, depending on the model.
• Assembly & finishing: 15 minimum days depending on the model.
• Total: minimum 25–30 business days before shipping.
Please check the product page for the production time for the specific item.
We intentionally communicate maximum lead times so that if production finishes earlier, you will receive your order sooner.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.
Can orders be delayed due to external events?
Yes. Customs clearance, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure may cause delays. We will notify you promptly if this happens.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to create an account to place an order. Creating an account allows you to:
- Track your orders easily
- Save your details for faster checkout
- Access exclusive updates and future collections
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from our courier (Aramex in Egypt, DHL for international orders). You can follow the progress of your package in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in case of a defect.
What qualifies as a defect?
Only major functional or aesthetic flaws from production qualify. Minor irregularities, variations in texture, or small imperfections are natural with artisanal and 3D-printed items and are part of their uniqueness.
How should I report a damaged product?
Contact us at order@emnahussein.com within 48h of delivery with:
- Order number
- Detailed photos of the item + packaging
- Description of the issue
If validated, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.
Fit & Modularity
Are your pieces size-inclusive?
Yes. Most designs are modular or adjustable, adapting to different body types. When measurements are required, a guide or form will be provided on the product page.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes, in many cases. Please contact us at order@emnahussein.com before placing your order.
Materials & Care
What materials do you use?
- PLA: corn & sugarcane-based, rigid, sculptural
- TPU: Alternatives to TPU/TPE— Flexible Eco Filament. Supplier-positioned as 100% biodegradable & compostable
- Composites (couture lines only): algae, mushroom, wood-infused filaments
- Natural textiles: Tunisian cotton, wool, silk or other ethically oriental fabrics with natural fibres when applicable
All materials are chosen for durability, ethical sourcing, and reduced environmental impact.
How do I care for my item?
- 3D-printed elements: wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid heat, chemicals, or prolonged UV exposure.
- Textiles: spot clean or hand wash gently, unless otherwise specified.
How are the pieces packaged?

Every order is delivered in our signature packaging, designed to protect your piece and elevate the unboxing experience.
Depending on the collection, your order may include:
- A dust bag for Bags & Accessories
- A cloth cover & hanger for wearable items
- Price/brand tags
- Rigid Boxes for bags and accessories are only available for the couture line.
STL — Printed for You
For STL orders (NFC tags, stands, business cards, or 3D branded objects), packaging is simple and workshop-style, not part of the Brand universe line.
Each item is securely packed in standard protective material and shipped in a neutral box or envelope, depending on size and fragility.
Because these are made-to-order 3D prints, packaging may vary — always clean, safe, and professional.
