Can I return or exchange an item?
Because all our creations are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Every piece is individually printed, hand-finished, and carefully packaged — we appreciate your understanding.
What qualifies as a defect?
Only significant functional or visual flaws caused during production or transport qualify.
Please note:
- Minor surface variations, layer marks, or textural irregularities are part of the nature of 3D printing and hand-finishing — they are not defects.
- Slight asymmetry, colour gradients, or finishing differences reflect the uniqueness of each item.
How do I report a damaged item?
Send an email to order@emnahussein.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and its packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer:

→ Store credit,
→ Or a partial refund, depending on the case.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. Many of our modular or wearable pieces can be customised.
Before ordering, please contact us at order@emnahussein.com to discuss measurements, fit or adaptation.
Note: Custom sizing may require additional production time.
Are your pieces size-inclusive?
Yes. Most items are modular, flexible, or adjustable to suit various body types.
If sizing is specific, a measurement form or size guide will be available on the product page.
Are returns possible for pre-orders?
No. Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of damage or defect.
As we produce on demand, each pre-order secures production time, material, and design allocation.
What if customs refuse my parcel, or I don’t pay import duties?
If the buyer refuses to pay customs duties and the parcel is returned to us, a restocking and handling fee will be deducted before any store credit is issued. We highly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
